We need more trans women in wine.
We need more voices in wine.
We need more female vineyard owners and winemakers.
We need more protection for the folks working in the vineyards, tending to the fruit and picking grapes.
We need more women sharing their stories.
We need more accountability in wine.
We need to celebrate women and their achievements.
We need to honor the work that women have put in to move the industry forward. Especially BIPOC women.
We need more people to care about women in wine.
